RT Lab is an informal, non-commercial group of volunteers. It is not a company or other legal entity, does not seek profit, does not accept donations and is not funded by any government or organisation.

Research purposes only

Everything on this site is published for general information and research purposes only. Nothing here is financial, investment, medical, legal or other professional advice, nor a recommendation to trade or to apply AI technology in any of these fields. Please consult a qualified professional about your own situation.

Who may use this site

No minors take part in this project. By reading our research you confirm that you are an adult and that doing so does not breach the laws that apply to you.

No warranty and limitation of liability

Our research uses AI models whose output can be incomplete or wrong, and our work may contain errors. Content is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RT Lab and its participants accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of this site or from any reliance on, or interpretation of, its content or results. By opening the results page you accept all risks of interpreting its findings.

Monitoring research

Our public-interest monitoring work consists of research prototypes. RT Lab is not a law-enforcement or regulatory body. Nothing we publish is a finding that any person or company has broken a law or rule.

Intellectual property

Research results and site content are the property of their respective authors, and all rights are reserved unless stated otherwise. Do not reproduce them without permission, except as the law allows.

Third-party names

Model and company names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we work with. RT Lab is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of these developers. The models and their capabilities may change at any time.

Privacy

We keep the personal data we collect to a minimum.

• Forms. We store what you enter in our forms (such as your name, contact details and message) so that we can review it and reply.
• Votes. When you like or dislike the site, a strictly necessary cookie remembers your vote, so that you can change it rather than vote twice.
• Abuse protection. We keep a salted hash of your IP address, not the address itself, to limit automated submissions. Cloudflare Turnstile runs a security check on our forms.

The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes this data on our behalf. Form messages may also pass through an email delivery provider so that they can reach us. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising, and we delete it when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to, unless the law requires otherwise.
